CONCORD, NH — Jason E. Plumer, 38, of Goffstown was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Sept. 29, 2020, on a felony theft by deception-$1,501+ charge after an incident at Citizens Bank on Loudon Road. According to the Merrimack County Superior Court, he has an active felony forgery and theft by deception case out of Warner from December 2019. Previously, Plumer has been convicted on burglary, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and theft charges in June 2014 out of Goffstown and Manchester.

Sean Stiasny, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Sept. 29 on a stalking charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Justin Gardner Martin, 33, of Concord was arrested at 5:12 a.m. on Sept. 28 on a warrant as well as theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. Martin has previously been convicted on drug possession, theft, identity fraud, forgery, and robbery charges as well as violation of probation.

Danielle M. McGrath, 37, of Concord was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on Sept. 27 on a willful concealment charge. Also issued a summons for willful concealment was Marilyn Marie McCormack, 47, of Boscawen. They were charged after incidents at Ocean State Job Lot on D’Amante Drive. Previously, McGrath was convicted on a forgery charge and violation of probation.

Michael Anthony Conway, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 27 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested after incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road and Ocean State Job Lot on D’Amante Drive.

Leah Jameson, 22, of Concord was arrested at 1:14 p.m. on Sept. 27 on a warrant after an incident on the Centre Street side of White Park. According to the superior court, she has an active felony drug possession case out of Bow from June and when she failed to appear at the arraignment on Sept. 24, a warrant was issued for her arrest. Jameson also has active drug possession and falsifying evidence cases in Belknap County Superior Court after incidents in Belmont and Gilford.

Jennifer L. Gross, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on Sept. 27 on a driving under the influence charge. She was arrested after a crash on North State Street.

Patrick Kendall Cullen, born 2002, of Goffstown was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on Sept. 26 on unlawful possession/intoxication and transport alcohol by a minor charges after an incident at the Silk Farm Road gate at St. Paul’s School.

Michael G. Gross, 45, of Concord was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on Sept. 26 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Sheep Davis Road.
